The Boys Baptism!

We finally had the boys baptized last Sunday, May 30th. We did it at our new church, St. Luke's Methodist, which is also where the boys will be going to Mother's Day Out in the fall. We love it there and are very excited to have found such a wonderful place. Many family members came in for the baptism and helped to make the weekend extra special. We all gathered at my mom's house on Saturday night for pizza, salad and wine of course. Then after the baptism on Sunday we came back to our house for lunch.
The boys had a chance to wear their adorable seersucker suits and loafers! They were quite handsome. They did very well during the service and the actual baptism. Patrick and I actually walked up onto the "stage" with the boys b/c they were quite reluctant to go to our minister, Dr. Pace. He baptized Miles first and then Oliver. Oliver knew what was coming b/c he had just watched his brother....he began saying, "NO, NO!" as Dr. Pace approached him. All he did was put a handful (or less) of water on their heads. There was no dunking! :) The boys were so cute and so good and we are so thrilled to finally have them baptized!
We are really excited about their new church home!!!
